Quickbooks and MS Excel Data Entry - Responsible person needed ASAP!

I'm looking for long-term worker.
These will be your two primary duties:
1) I will send you information through out the day on how much money is coming in or going out. and at the end of the day, you will input all of this information in the quickbooks account we will be creating (usually no more than 10-15 transactions per day)
2) I will send you information through out the day on where we travel and how long we are at a location and at the end of the day, you will input all of this information on the excel spreadsheet we will be creating.
But I will call on you to ask you to do other Virtual Assistant tasks from time to time (for example: internet-research, data entry, transcribing, etc.)
1-SPEAKING SPANISH IS A HUGE PLUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2-I am on NYC time, while I don't need you to always be available and don't expect to reach out to you too often for reasons other than the ones described above. I expect you to be able to complete work as it arises no matter what time zone you're in.
3-I am not looking to micro-manage anyone, not only do you have to be creative in solving problems on your own, but since I'm not 100% sure what I need in some areas, I expect you to help me decide what the best action to take is (example: I need help deciding what is the best and most efficient way to track my hours spent, and setting up quickbooks in the best way possible)
