Sales & Marketing Associate
The Helm Society (helmsociety.com) is a rapidly growing start-up that brings CEOs together for roundtables where they address each other’s challenges and tap into each other’s networks.
This role is suitable for someone with a sophisticated understanding of business dynamics, excellent communication skills and flawless business writing, impeccable organization skills and a profound interest in personal and professional development.
While this role is suitable for an MBA, it could also be suitable for someone with 5 or more years of business experience.
You would be communicating with CEOs to help them understand our value proposition and enroll in the appropriate Roundtable or other leadership event that we host.
You would be working directly with the founder, his assistant and a small but growing sales team. Earning potential is significant, as you’ll be helping us build this business from the ground up. You will also receive 1-on-1 coaching and training from the founder, a former CEO of a communication training and executive coaching firm. You will build a strong skill set in presenting, direct marketing, influencing, business writing and entrepreneurship.
Our office just moved from Manhattan to White Plains.
Through the Helm Society, you can help leaders grow their business and address their most pressing challenges. You will:
- Email and call CEOs and other C-level executives to respond to their enquiries
- Drive marketing campaigns to fill CEO Roundtable events
• Link our services with our clients’ business issues and strategic objectives
- Help to coordinate the roundtables and summits
• Collaborate in a team environment to create new processes to improve our business

$40K - $60K base + commission up to 100% of base

I am looking for an incredible sales person. Certainly this candidate needs to have MBA experience so they can talk the talk with CEOs. What is likely going to separate you from other candidates is a high level of confidence. Include a voice sample that is clear and really gives me a feel for your ability to take control of a dialogue.
