We are a leading online marketing company that is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as our Executive Assistant.

We are dedicated to designing cutting edge products, plugins, and training courses to help online marketers and local business reach a new level of success in any market.

The Executive Assistant is a full time position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answering customer inquiries by email and phone
- Assisting coordination of events and meetings
- Writing/editing mass emails
- Coordinating and organizing member groups
- Giving personal touch to meet members needs
- Organizing Webinars and content
- Coordinating staff and daily workflow
- Special projects

Required Skills:

+3 years Executive level Assistant
-Social Media expertise

Recommended skills:

- Experience with Infusionsoft
- Background in Online Marketing
- Experience in Wordpress
- Experience with Event Planning

This job is a remote, “work from home” position. Therefore, applicants must have impeccable work ethic and dedication to personal goals and time management.

This job pays between 10$-12$ an hour and is dependent on applicant work experience and background.
