I have recently migrated 30 users from IMAP email over to office365.
Unfortunately when a user moves email from inbox to a sub folder the email disappears in outlook. The email can still be seen in outlook web apps.
On further investigation this is due to a folder attribute on the sub folders. The work around is to change this folder attribute as detailed in this post.
I have tried this using the first solution and confirm it works however I require an automated solution. As the users are on Office365 (exchange online) I can not use the 2nd solution.
I require a power shell script that I can use to do a batch change of a given user's sub folders as detailed in post above.
