“Appointment Setter” aka
(BC) “Business Coordinator”
ACCOUNTABILITY: The Business Coordinator reports directly to the Business Coordinator Manager each morning and at the close of the calling day.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service. Good Telephone skills, ability to communicate with company executives and completed High School/GED or better.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Set qualified appointments for Field Sales Executives per instructions from the Business Coordinator Manager. Ensure that appointments are recorded in the appropriate time slot in the Field Sales Executive’ s appointment schedule and the geographic location is in the planned target area of the Field Sales Executive in a logical sequence with no back tracking. All leads must meet our minimum criteria: 10+ employees /$1MM+ annual revenue volume.
BASIC PERFORMANCE GOALS:
• 1-3 appointments set per day.
• 30-40% sit-rate
• 10 weekly appointments per assigned Field Sales Executive
