South American company, based in Colombia, is seeking a bilingual virtual assistant to manage email correspondence, and perform order entry via our online data entry system.
We need the assistant to be available Monday through Friday, for only two hours per day, preferably from 2p to 4p, Bogota/Lima time.
The assistant will manage all email for one of our executives, all customer email, and ensure all orders are completed within 24 hours.
The ideal candidate will be exercise independent judgment, respect that our work is highly confidential, and be willing to learn a few of our processes.
This is a very long term position.
