Job Description

 Implementing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory architecture in Windows 2003 functional Level.
 Maintaining domain controllers with defined FSMO roles & member server with different application.
 Creating & Managing users, groups, OUs and their permissions using GPO.
 Administration and maintenance of DHCP, DNS, and File servers
 Daily Domain Controllers System Health checks & System logs analysis and reporting.
 Implementing Microsoft patch within predefined time frame to maintain the server compliance through WSUS.
 Securing the server desktop environment by deploying the latest virus and spyware removal Techniques.
 Create Track Record user id with memberships & permissions & troubleshoot permission related issues.
 Administration and maintenance of Network Infrastructure
 Remote Support –Providing Remote Desktop Support for Client Machines
 Install and Repair Operating Systems and fixing registry errors in the OS
 Hardware handling and regular consistency checks.
 Ensure that Team members are current with the latest upgrades and/or new releases (SW/HW)
 Resolve escalated technical and other queries from the team members
Member in CML Team and Disaster Recovery Planning Team.
 Prepare Daily and weekly and Monthly reports.
 Asset Manager ( To maintain All assets Like Hardware and Software )
 Knowledge on VM ware and ESX servers
 Maintain the CCTV and ACCES LOGS and TELEPHONES.
 Knowledge on Cisco VPN, WebEx, Clarify.
Knowledge On SAP Basis
