VA Sales Lead Content Admin
I am a real estate investor in the continental United States.
I have several websites that I use to manage all sales lead information.
This assignment will start out part time but can be expanded to full time
I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant that can perform (but not limited to) the following:
1) Listen to phone messages of incoming leads and transcribe the message
2) Follow-up leads via Skype or Email to obtain additional information
3) Research the property in several databases (I will provide these) and create pdf of reports to upload to my customer database
4) Follow-up with sellers to make offers on property (I will tell you what the offer amounts are after doing your research
5) Upload Photos
All candidates must have the following:
Ver y fluent reading and writing English skills
Knowledge of Excel, Gmail and general ability to use Windows based software
I will provide scripts and training on all software and procedures
Available to work USA EST 9am -9 pm
Skype, Webcam, Headset
Reliable Internet connection in quiet place
All interviews will require Skype video interview and several speaking and writing tests to perform.
