We have a number of salesforce customers who need support services from us. The support requests will be adhoc
and you would need to be an expert to handle the requests.

We are looking for the following:
1. An independant person who can research the issue and reply to the customer.
2. Good written and verbal commmunication skills
3. Good experience in salesforce skills
