Mexico - Service Delivery Manager - Latin America

Job Description

We have a full time position available for someone that can handle service tickets in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)

The candidate will need to be able to dispatch and coordinate field engineers, sending the service ticket details to the field engineers for each location, following up the ticket progress and updating our customers.

The services can be provided remotely from anywhere (Internet Connection is Necessary).
