eBay Listings Through Auctiva - Excellent English Revised
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
I am an American Businessman. I sell thousands of items on eBay. I use the software website called Auctiva.com to enter the information and upload to eBay. It is very easy work, but it does require someone with good American English skills (spelling and grammar), fast data entry, accurate listing abilities, and understanding about how to check several web sources for pictures, pricing, and other needed information when creating the listing at Auctiva.com.
I have several wholesalers that have thousands of products that need to be listed on eBay for resale. Your first task will be to get familiar with Auctiva.com and begin listing these items. I will be involved in checking the listings to make sure they are accurate and attractive. I need a full-time person (or team) to do this. I will pay once per week to start. I am looking for someone to work with long-term in order to achieve the number of listings I want on eBay.com. This will not be a one time job, because I am expanding and need help with my expansion.
Once established with what I need you to do, you should be able to list 7 to 10 items per hour. You must make sure that the listing is entered correctly and accurately. I need you to pull pictures from the Internet that represent the product I am having you list. I prefer pictures that appear to be amateur rather than a staged or modeled shot. This may sound odd, but a majority of eBay purchasers like to see more authentic items rather than staged or fixed pictures. I may need to explain that more to you, if you are selected.
You must be familiar with listing items that are shipped Internationally. For example, an item that is under 4 American pounds can be shipped USPS First Class International; however, if it over this weight, it must be listed as being shipped USPS Priority Mail International.
You must also need to calculate my margins correctly, compare this price to what you find on Amazon.com (or other NexTag) to make sure I am competitive, or can charge a little higher margin because online customers are paying more.
You must pay attention to the information about the items, because I do obtain used, broken, or new (open box) items. Special attention needs to be given to make sure the listing reflects what the item is. For example, if it is a broken item, this needs to be listed clearly in the 'item condition' box in Auctiva.com as well as in the body of the listing.
I need a person (or team) who can collect details that I may not have for an item. For example, I may not know the UPC code. If you can locate this easily, I need you to do that and add to the item. The more information we can give to a potential customer, the better we will have a sale.
I have tried this job with one team already and the results were terrible. Please only apply if you (or your team) has the experience, ability, and skills to do this job. If you have multiple jobs in your queue already, do not take my job. I need someone who can focus on what I need and get it done as soon as possible.
For this fixed amount, I am asking for as least 1,500 items to be listed by Friday, Dec. 21st. If you can list them by Saturday, Dec. 15th, I will pay an extra $25 bonus.
