Job Description

We are looking for experienced and professional individuals to provide high quality technical support to internal and external English speaking customers in a professional and timely manner. Candidates must have experience with and be able to demonstrate skills in the following areas:

I. Communication with customers and co-workers

A. Using varied methods such as CRM, email, Chat, telephone, virtual meetings, etc.
B. In a style that projects business professionalism and technical knowledge
C. Proper grammar and spelling
D. Timely
E. Accurate
F. All documented in CRM or other applicable application

II. Collaboration with virtual internal teams using varied methods such as CRM, email, Chat, telephone, virtual meetings, etc.

III. Technical knowledge acquisition, demonstration and instruction
A. Using self-study reference materials
B. Using virtual labs
C. By reviewing technical cases and internal documentation
D. By reproducing technical issues reported by customers in a virtual lab
E. By instructing customers or new staff on basic product concepts and supported platforms

IV. Working independently and/or without supervision to achieve
A. Customer satisfaction
B. Accomplishment of assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and on-time
C. Accountability for quality and quantity of work performed
D. Composition of solutions for a wide range of complex technical issues

Candidates are required to have Server Administration level technical skills in these areas:
Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008 (R2), 2012 and later
Database administration skills including backup and restore methods, SQL query, security administration
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008(R2), 2012 and later upon RTM
Microsoft Windows Server Roles and Networking technologies including but limited to; Active Directory, Domain and Local Windows Account Permissions, RPC, TCP/IP, DNS, WMI, IIS 8.0 and later

Preferred Skills
SharePoint 2003, MOSS versions, SharePoint 2010 and later; installation, configuration, and administration
SharePoint backup and restore methods, security administration, migration, designer, and farm architecture
Microsoft PowerShell 2.0 and later

Required Experience
1 year or greater job related experience in all above areas except ‘Preferred Skills’

Additional Requirements
During the first 2 weeks of training, applicants must be available for 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm CST (UTC/GMT -6 hours). During weeks 3 and 4 the applicant must be available for 6+ hours per day, Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST (UTC/GMT -6 hours). Post training, the applicant must be available to work 8 hours per day and will be scheduled sometime between the hours of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm CST (UTC/GMT -6 hours), Monday - Friday.

The applicant must have:
Team Viewer installed, Skype and audio call capability in order to conduct the interview.

The applicant must be the person who is actually performing the work. The contract is for direct hire. Agencies should not apply.
