We are looking for a support engineer to join our help desk and support our existing clients providing 1st / 2nd line of support as a 'remote worker'.

You MUST HAVE at least 2 year's solid experience with UK BASED CUSTOMERS in such a position, with good knowledge and experience of the following products:

MS Server 2003/8/12
MS Exchange / Active Directory
Office 2003/7/10/13 / Outlook
Win XP / Vista / 7 / 8
Routers/Wireless
Blackberry Handhelds
Printers / Scanners / MFP
Symantec Backup Exec Products

You will be working alongside senior support engineer/s on a daily basis troubleshooting a wide range of support issues.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE:
-Excellent telephone manner with impeccably spoken and written English
-Must be able to provide clear phone support to non-technical clients
-Ability to prioritise calls and be capable of working under pressure
-Good fault diagnostic skills
-Good communication and organisational skills
-Punctuality and timekeeping are paramount

The position is immediately available and interviews are now being scheduled.

Full-time/part-time: Full Time
Start date: Immediate
Starting Salary: Hourly Rate

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Position working days/hours are: Monday - Friday, 09:00 -18:00 UK Time
(excluding weekends & holidays), with 30 minutes paid lunch break.
