We are looking for a support engineer to join our help desk and support our existing clients providing 1st / 2nd line of support as a 'remote worker'.
You MUST HAVE at least 2 year's solid experience with UK BASED CUSTOMERS in such a position, with good knowledge and experience of the following products:
MS Server 2003/8/12
MS Exchange / Active Directory
Office 2003/7/10/13 / Outlook
Win XP / Vista / 7 / 8
Printers / Scanners / MFP
Symantec Backup Exec Products

Starting Salary: Hourly Rate
- Position working days/hours are: Monday - Friday, 09:00 -18:00 UK Time
(excluding weekends & holidays), with 30 minutes paid lunch break.
