The Contact Center Business Development Manager main role is to generate new business by identifying new opportunities for Contact Center services in the market, as well as converting existing leads. This position requires experience selling Contact Center / Call Center services. Candidates will require a proven track record in developing and securing contracts. Pre-sales activities include working with our company Contact Center management in solution scoping, delivering sales presentations, RFP and proposal writing in addition to direct customer engagement in support of the sales team’s objectives.
