You will be using your communications skills to communicate our education services to office professionals. You'll be working with a smart and fun staff and working for a young company that is growing fast, is flexible, and rewards innovation, creativity and success. We will only consider candidates with business-to-business marketing and/or sales experience.

Our service is providing leading edge technology consulting and assessment services to companies around the world. PayStream helps medium and large companies optimize their billing and payment operations, with a web-based and live conference education to bring best practice and innovation to their companies. You'll discuss the challenges of accounts payable and bill processing at companies that are potential PayStream Advisors customers.

Your roll is the entire sales process --from following up on inquiries, prospect development calls, making quick online presentations to closing the sale. In the first weeks you will be trained on our process and how to use our scripts.

DUTIES:
• Respond to inbound email requests
• Qualify leads through needs analysis
• Advise prospective client on various programs offered
• Conduct prospecting calls

Your qualifications: You must be a customer focused individual who enjoys prospecting and selling on the phone and folllowing up via email. We use salesforcce and ACT-ON for email management. As an Inside Sales Representative you will qualify incoming leads (telephone, email, and web based inquiries) to determine redirection or immediate response. You will become an expert at understanding the client’s needs and be sought as a valued advisor to those seeking. Strong sales, communication, and phone skills are essential

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
• 1-2 years of related inside sales or collections experience
• Experience with phone sales to include prospecting and telemarketing
• A proven track record of success
• Technical or educational sales a plus

Since you'll be selling to financial operations professionals, a background in financial operations – billing, collections, payables or treasury is desirable. You must have 1-2 years of VERY CURRENT successful inside sales experience, working on the phone to sell services to companies regionally or nationally.
