Setting up a Magento shop and dropship import/export extensions
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
Setting up a Magento Community based online sex toy shop based on dropshipping. The aim is for the shop to be automated as far as possible. This is a low-budget start-up with aims to grow fast into mainstream market in UK.
Magento will be already installed. The XML feed importer extension and order exporter extension by Xtento need to be installed and configured ready to use. I will pay for them direct. So experience with these particular extensions and configuring them to the dropshippers guidelines is a must.
I will need some help in the beginning to understand how best to only auto-import stock feed of the chosen products. The whole feed contains over 4000 products, but only less than 400 will be imported to my site.
They also have a feed of "out of stock items" so if less work, possibly only import that feed for now. On request I can give you more details of the dropshippers guidelines.
Paypal integration also needed to complete the automation.
After the job, I would be able to:
- choose the items to import (or do that manually if feed doesn't allow for that)
- customer would see "stock level" or which items are "out of stock"
- once a customer checks out via PayPal, the order is automatically sent to dropshipper (in format they need)
Once the website is running well and profitable, I'm looking to engage a developer to look after and develop the site. Also if this is relatively painless, I'm planning to open more dropshipping based shops so there is possibility of more work.
