High protein diet plan needed

Looking for someone who is a dietician/ health professional to help me craft a 12 week diet plan that is low in carbs and high in protein.
For each week I'll need breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 3 days per week. So it will be a total of 36 meals to be planned.
I need meals that are easy to prepare, relatively low cost.
So crockpot meals and the like are preferable.
