Moodle custom UI and roles

Job Description


I have a moodle installation. I sell a package of online courses to businesses. These courses are taught by our company instructors.

I need to create a custom UI so a business can login and manage enrollments of their employees into the available courses. Right now, I am using metacourse link to a course called "Subscription Package". The subscription package course is linked to approximately 12 different courses. When an employee for the business uses a specific coupon code at check out, they are enrolled in the "subscription package" course.

The problem is that my businesses managers would like to be able to manage their employee enrollments. I don't want the business managers to see any other enrolled users except those that are enrolled in their group.

I'm sure this can be handled with groups and permissions but it is beyond me. I also want it easy for a business manager to add/delete/edit new students, select courses or packages to enroll them, AND receive notifications when employees complete required training.

Lastly, the businesses should be able to manage their own course so they can offer employees company specific training. I think all of this can be handled by the following:

Course A (Business Name)
Group A (Business Name Group)
