I would like to have a clone of my present database program and merge my excel electronic medical record form into the system.
I have attached Officemate program. The login is admin, password admin, and also the excel spreadsheet.
My database program is Officemate (officemate.net) and it does a very good job so I would like to clone it and all its functions as much as possible. The program doesn’t lend itself to any modification and doesn’t do everything I need it to do. I would like to integrate the excel EMR into the database program and also keep it compatable with demand force (demand force.com) This service has access to Officemate to monitor appointments, recall, services, etc. It sends reminders, does reviews and surveys and post online and facebook. Pretty much an automated patient monitoring, tracking and email, text, and phone communication system, etc. This compatibility with database system is a must.
The EMR (electronic medical record) that I designed, is on an excel spreadsheet that has almost all our findings on one page. This design is very fast and efficient for quick entries. It has default entries and data that is forwarded to other cells automatically, which makes for fewer entries. This form is now attached to the patients file under the edocuments tab. All these records would need to be transferred from the old system to the new. We also have scanned old patient files (pdf) attached to patient files in officemate that would need to be transferred. All old files should just be attached and new files would be entered into the new database. We changed the excel form several times, so there would be no way to import data directly from that form to data fields in the new database. I really like the quick and easy excel form, that any other doctor would be able to use without training.
There a few functions within officemate that we need to customize, such as contact lens orders directly from the patient file, (by email?) or what? Officemate is not report friendly, so we need customization with extracts and daily reports, etc. Will probably need a few other functions that I am not aware of right now.
Please send me a quote and time frame for this project and any comments or recommendations that you may have.
