I have effectively and efficiently handled all Management Accounts, Administration, Internal Auditing, Cash Management, Inventory controlled Management, Treasury functions, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Payroll and Taxes

Carried out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinated and planed for maintenance and security services, office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets. Prepared Periodic and special reports, manuals, documents scheduling, appointment, and meetings, coordinating travel, reconciling expense reports, managing mail, email and couriers

I am self motivated, flexible with the ability to meet deadlines and proficient in using Quick Books, Peachtree, Tally, ACCPAC. I am also familiar with spreadsheet programs such as Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Outlook.
