EXCEL EXPERT NEEDED

I'm looking for an Excel expert that can develop a macro to pull data from a word file (the information from the word file can also be placed in another Excel file if needed) and place it in an Excel table.
When opening the Excel file you'll see the following blank coloums "Name", "Email", "Comments", and "Previously Published Ok?". I need someone to take the website from each row and match it up with the website in the word file and pull all the relevant information into the corresponding coloumns.
I am assuming that pulling in the "comments" coloumn will be the most difficult to pull so if that's not possible then I can live without it as long as I have the corresponding name and email address for each website accordingly.
