Job Description

The Administration and Finance Support Officer is responsible for

• Processing accounts payable invoices and payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Processing accounts receivable invoices and receipts in an accurate and timely manner
• Liaising with debtors to ensure receipts are received within the company’s payment terms
• Preparing and distributing Reports in a timely manner
• Providing assistance to the Managing Director in areas such as payroll and HR
• Electronic Filing

The Administration and Finance Support Officer must demonstrate:

• At least two years’ experience working in an office environment, including accounting
• Experience using accounting packages such as Quickbooks, SAP, MYOB and the like
• Very Good IT skills with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in email based customer service
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work confidentially, independently, with tact and discretion
• Very good English language skills (Reading, writing, listening and speaking) equivalent to IELTS Overall Band Score of at least 6.5
