We will split this up into a few sections to be completed and checked off.
For this project, you are building the transactions portion of a backend content management system for an eCommerce service platform. The service platform is going to allow people to easily integrate an eCommerce website into their current site and utilize the CMS for managing their stores. The transactions portion allows store owners to read, edit, and delete any transactions that have gone through their store.
When a storefront setup with our system has a customer that makes a purchase, that purchase is sent off to the appropriate payment processor. That payment processor then sends back to our service any information regarding the transaction, and that transaction information is stored in our system.
You will utilize a few of our existing web service functions for reading, manipulation, and deletion of transactions where appropriate.
We will provide the UX template and widgets to develop this part of the system. The UX is a responsive design template, and so its important to keep this in mind during the development phase as to not break.
The compiler language you will use to create this will be: Microsoft Visual C#.NET. You will also need to utilize JQuery for front end UX and validation and AJAX for one portion.
Compiler required: Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 express or higher.
You will need a live Internet connection when working as this project involves relying on our web service calls.
