Job Description

Real Strategic, Inc. is looking for a customer focused Client Manager, passionate for all things online. This position is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to join an established and expanding leader in the Marketing Industry.

What we expect:

Manage and monitor existing and new client accounts (Up to 30+ clients)

Implementation, management and execution of client online marketing campaigns.

Owning and delivering the online marketing strategy to ensure client success.

Generate weekly and monthly internal and client reports. Conduct analysis of reports and make necessary adjustments to marketing campaign. (We love people who know their numbers)

Collaborate and brainstorm with clients monthly on the possibility of new campaigns to add to their marketing plans.

Daily campaign monitoring and tracking to ensure your client’s visibility on the web.

Continually stay up to date on the ever-changing online marketing industry by researching blogs, articles, and other sources. Attend industry related webinars and trainings

Bi- weekly communication with clients - phone, email, letter, etc.

Other duties as assigned which support the overall mission of Real Strategic Inc.

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing) or 3-5 years of related work experience in digital media

2+ years project coordination/management experience

Extensive experience in online marketing; a good understanding of Google+ Local, Reputation Management, Social And Mobile Marketing

Digital-savvy communicator; Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Excellent analytical skills

Performance-based mindset

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives & goals

Hawk-eye attention to detail, curiosity and the ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth environment

Works effectively in a team, maintains a positive rapport with team, management, and partners. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff, managers and subject matter.

Experience with database programs like: Infusion, Constant Contact, Google Docs, Dropbox, Excel, WordPress, and other related operations systems for managing sales, membership management and operation.
