Job Description

We are quite a new WebHosting company and thus don't get too many support requests yet. On average, we get about 50 support requests per week. We are looking for somebody with the below in order to assist us with orders, and support.

Duties will include:
Processing orders (Registering/Renewing Domains, Processing orders and checking for fraud.)
Answering Sales/Support tickets while troubleshooting issues clients may have. Training will be provided. Around 20 - 25 tickets per month.
Being available for Live Chat during free time, usually only get around 1 chat request per day however.
Possibly writing knowledgeable tutorials as needed in response to support tickets.

Also provide any relevant experience you have. Have not decided how the pay will work. We can do this hourly or monthly at a fixed rate. Since things like Live Chat is not actually doing anything when not serving chats, I am open to hear any of your ideas about this.

Overall looking for somebody that is able to grow with us. Recently we have expanded quite a bit and have been in business for 2 years so we are not about go anywhere.
