Job Description


Clearing support e-mails
Live Person Online Chat Support
Answering inbound calls
E-mail complaints to relevant department
E-mail delivery delay orders to relevant departments
E-mail charge-back reports to Anti Fraud Team
Resolving customer issues
Providing information to customers online
Providing 1st level support to all 3 of the company's main products


Min SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline
Fluent in spoken and written English
Knowledge of any other European Languages is an added advantage 1/2 to 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Support and/or Live Chat Support
4-day work week
Shift hours:8.30am-8.30pm, 8.30pm-8.30am
Good PC skills
Good typing speed (min 40 wpm)
Full time positions available
Good Written/Spoken English and/or Good Written/Spoken Chinese (Chinese is optional)
