MALE Inbound Call Assistant


Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will be assisting our customers and helping to resolve their inquiries. You will provide our customers with accurate answers to their questions in both a quick and helpful manner. As our representative, it is critical that you help our customers and provide them with knowledgeable, compassionate, and timely resolution to their questions/inquiries while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.


Must be MALE and have excellent accent neutral English, as phone calls will be received

Hours available are from 8am-10pm est

* Strong verbal (phone) communication skills utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer
* Strong written (email) communication utilizing proper grammar and punctuation

Must have excellent customer Service skills and exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills,

No experience. We train.
High Speed DSL at home
Working Headsets
Order cancellations, Address correction, issuing refunds, handle returns, Requesting feedback, Adding new products.
