Job Description

We are looking for someone to take charge of managing all aspects of our virtual team

Your job is not so much to do the work (research, photo edit/layout, seo, web design, blog writing) but to manage our online team and act as a liaison between our LA based staff and our virtual assistants.

Must have good telephone skills and ability to take fast accurate notes, as a large part of the the job will be to speak with company director, take notes on jobs to be done then execute instructions.
Must be native English speaker and US based, availability during PST preferred.

Position will involve writing odesk ads as needed, shortlisting applicants, interviewing, setting tasks supervising team progress

Other duties will include supervision of: catalog layout, research, blog writing, website design, customer support

Excellent time management is imperative, as is the ability to delegate.

This is a part time position approximately 1-2 hours per day 3 days a week, increasing over time and turning into a full time position as we grow

*Must have management experience
*Must be native English speaker, based in the US
*Should be familiar with googledocs & drop box,
