Our bottom line: We need someone personable who can take inbound client calls (Must have dedicated phone number); professionally handle the conversation, sell our product (investigations), retain customer interest and retain client for business (Must be able to sell*). Must create company voice mail and promptly return missed calls. Must be able to email client intake forms to clients that are interested in pursuing casework. Must be able to receive signed client intake paperwork and payment information to send to company secretary.
Additional duties: Post updates on Facebook and Linkedin and categorize transactions once a week.
