Small Building Business - Meeting Space

I have a small boutique building company in Brisbane Queensland whereby we have just lease a small office space in a very high end part of town.
Im looking for someone to help design the floor plan through to 3D layout and modelling. if practical some assitance in furniture selection, colour co-ordination etc may be apart of the brief.
We want to create a very unique space for our meetings and presentations. We use alot of videos, photos and house plans in our client contact sessions.
The office is in a traditional "queen slander" style building so we want to keep in with its character and charm, while adding our unique touch to it. We want to create a very "homely" feel without over complicating the space.
Our intention is to have a large usable office table with chairs or bench with stools with timber being the focus of the table top. The unqiue pieces will come it with light fittings, floor lamps, art work and joinery.
There will need to be a custom joinery unit designed to include a small 42L Bar Fridge, Coffee Machine on top of the bench (unless there is a more suitable location or idea) with a high shelf above to accommodate wine glass racks etc. Storage of brochures, product magazines and our marketing material will also be important. Wine bottle storage will also need to be considered.
Our company can construct all the custom joinery as apart of the process and another talking point for our clients.
I will provide the following
a) Existing Floor Plans
b) Photos in each elevation
c) Photo of Entrance
d) Photos of existing carpet
e) Photos of new custom timber bench tops constructed by our company for our staff desk in the other room.
Im am looking for 3-4 floor plans and furniture layouts for review with the intention of developing our preferred plan to final implementation.
Im am wanting to turn this project around very quickly if possible.
