We are looking for someone that is an expert troubleshooter and is resourceful. This individual should be able to figure things out even if they have never worked on the technology before. We don’t expect someone to know everything, but do expect them to troubleshoot and figure things out on their own. This is a consulting company so you are expected to be professional and experienced. There will be times when someone is fixing a basic desktop issue and times when they are doing high end server work. It’s not like a big company where they only focus on one thing, the technology and solutions are dynamic.
