Job Description

We are seeking an experienced team manager who can:
coordinate our research and recruiting team
interface with our clients when needed
coordinate with our sales team for managing new projects
resolve issues as required
be hands-on in filling in and coordinating as needed


You must live and work in the USA - sorry no exceptions on this one
You must have 4-6 hours per workday to commit to this assignment
You must have STRONG intuitive skills and problem solving skills
You must enjoy using online tools and be a quick learner - our work is ALL done online, and you'll be expected to learn and manage a team using the online tools
You MUST have strong past experience in team management
You must have verifiable positive experience in a customer service leadership role
