PDF document to type and copy into an EXCEL schedule QUICKLY

I will supply a PDF file of a document that needs to be typed up into an excel file.
I need the document in word .doc everything in there converted to an excel file.
It must be 100% correct and I will revise the excel file and add comments until correct.
You may actually have to copy each point or type this out manually into the excel schedule onto page four of the excel document.
In the excel schedule you should make it look like the word doc as best as possible with header and title page numbers etc
Please be prepared to do this and accept my revisions and comments before the job is considered completed. You will have to make a colour print of the excel document to pdf also.
If you are an expert in excel you will know how to do this...
