I have a database that needs to be organized and data that needs to be entered. I need someone good with excel and good with salesforce. The data may not be merged. It must be entered in a way that I will explain. There are many excel documents that may have already been entered. I need someone to see if the data has been entered, make sure it is correctly categorized and tell me how many are missing data.
The data may be exported into an excel file for viewing, if necessary but the excel file may not be uploaded into salesforce because of formatting.
Many of the contacts are mis-categorized so a good understanding of English are necessary.
Must take directions well.
Must also find all duplicates and combine manually.
There are probably 5,000 contacts now.
I want someone who has previously worked with salesforce.com and understands all that it will do. You must also know Microsoft office, yahoo, gmail and take directions well.
You must work independently and fast.
Pay will be incremental upon completion of certain tasks. I have up to $100 to spend on this task.
If you do well this will be an ongoing job.
I need someone who knows my database. I have too many things to do.
