Need a payment book made for a period of 30 years. See attached file.<br /><br />This is to have the standard appearance of 4 payment pages per sheet. The left hand side will be stapled. There needs to be a stub at the left side for the client to keep a record of what and when he paid and the check number.<br /><br />I believe a formula can be used to change the payment numbers and payment dates from one month to the next.<br /><br />Hopefully, my sample is attached. I have had trouble getting the attachment together with this post.
