Job Description

We're a U.S. based small group of market research analysts. We work in a Google Apps for Business-centric environment with MS Office 2010/365 as our primary production tools. We work with both Macs and PCs Windows 7 and 8.

We're looking for on-call IT troubleshooting support. MS Office crashes, Google Apps set-up, etc... we're looking for someone who can remote into our system, poke around, fix things, and then be done.

Ideal availability is during EST office hours but we can be flexible for the right person.
