We are searching for a developer to write a Windows device driver for our line of H.264 hardware compression video capture cards. Each video port and audio port *must* be able to be opened separately using the Windows Directshow API. Most of our customers use Directshow compliant applications, so each port will need to be exposed so these applications can open and read from each port.
The developer will need to write the device driver using the technical datasheets we have available along with our Linux driver that we have written. The driver will need to function under Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 32 and 64 bit.
H.264 knowledge is required.
We will provide the technical datasheets, sample cards to test with, along with the source code for the Linux driver.
Technical details on the cards:
Each port has a H.264 and MJPEG encoder. There is also a display port that controls the composite output.
The Linux driver is located here:
Developer must also be available for support and documentation.
