Job Description

We are running Vtiger 5.4 with standard configuration with live date. At this time we need to do certain modifications to the architecture as per below:

Leads
- Searching of existing records when adding any new record. matches based on phone and email for contacts and company name for organization data. Duplicate addition of Leads should be prompted immediately if phone/email has a match.

Report
- Filters for records expiry date with number of days value instead of fix date
- sending auto emails when expiry matching certain record
- reminder should be set based on certain frequency

Tickets
- Tickets should have Owner Name and Assigned to - two separate users and both should get updates
-Documents attachment in tickets should be on the main screen
- Comment box should show active like in organization and no need to press the Edit button

Backup
- Auto backup should be done of the entire system including DB to an FTP site on a daily time set.

Workflow
- Currently only emails are going out for Trouble tickets and not for any other module. Needs fixing

Service Contracts
- Currently only has the assign to option to either organization or contact. We need both.
