Currently in need of a Business Development Professional to support our growing staffing business. The ideal candidate will possess sales experience within a technical staffing organization
• STRONG - Cold and warm calling skills; experience managing objections a Must.
• Consistently prospect, pursue, and close new business
• Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts.
• Schedule customer meetings based on qualified opportunities
• Set daily, weekly and monthly activity targets; provide progress details
• Research and pursue new prospects, opportunities, and leads.
• Extensive calling into new prospect, qualifying potential customers, and identifying opportunities
• Cultivate long term relationships with all clients
• Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls
