Chapamobile Ltd is online mobile value added subscription service provider. Our company is looking for a Norwegian speaking phone and email customer support person, or agency.
Training for the job will be provided by Chapamobile. The work task consist of replying to consumers inquiries about their mobile billings and subscription. Online service panel access will be provided to see subscription history according to mobile number and the possibility to close the subscription for the customer.
Customer support should be available from 9 am to 5 pm Norwegian time. The support person however does not need always be in one place during time and calls can be for example forwarded to a mobile phone number and voice mail can be used during times of absence.
