We are a new public auto auction in New Hampshire and are selling cars literally at half what dealers and other auctions in the area are selling for. Our problem is awareness. Even people in the town we are in that find us and buy say they never knew we existed. there is a newspaper organization in New England that says they will send out a press release to over 100 newspapers to see if they accept the press release and publish it in their newspaper. We think the theme should be how much people can save at a public auto auction, how much a new car depreciates after purchase, how in addition our mechanics (we are the only public auto auction with mechanics on staff that go through every car to make sure the engine and transmission are fine) check every car our before it is run through the auction. The article should probably go through how an auto auction works and what to expect. Maybe some graphs could be included and then of course they can be directed to our web site.
