Online Account Manager


Job Description

I am looking for someone to manage our business accounts remotely.
You will need to know how to utilize remote desktop, IP settings, VPS.
You will be in charge of certain accounts held by the company.

You will need to create/register multiple accounts for the company as time goes on.

This includes social media accounts, logins to merchant accounts online, and various other accounts that will be detailed later.
The job will include making updates, fill out forms, carrying out account activities such as posting, uploads and downloads.

You will also need to intuitively learn new systems that you have never seen before, such as shipping tracking, importing CSV and updating

You will need to have great organizational skills keeping track of activity and account information in excel spreadsheet using google docs.
