Lexacount Search is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our recruiting team as a Junior Recruiter/Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter/Recruiter will:
- Develop new business with prospective law firms, corporate legal departments and other corporate recruiting departments by introducing our services and consulting with clients to offer staffing solutions.
- Source candidates through our database, social media, advertising, business networking and direct recruiting to identify top talent for critical positions.
- Assist in managing the placement process from inception of order, introduction of candidates, to the offer and acceptance stage.
- Perform searches using online resources, job boards, social networks, database and any other recruiting means and tools.
- Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns and update Web sites.
-provide administrative support in the recruiting cycle such as posting, sourcing, recruiting, prospecting, filing, data-entry.
- Assist in any other recruitment related functions as necessary.

* B.S./B.A. or commensurate experience
* Must be extremely internet savvy with Social Media & Networking sites
* Previous experience doing research on the web is a plus.
* Smart self-starter who takes initiative.
* Super organized and detail oriented.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* High energy, positive attitude.
* Strong computer skills – Outlook, Excel.
