Quality Assurance Team
We are seeking a team of QA agents to handle a series of Quality Assurance processes for our organization, these would include:
1. Reviewing & scoring of inbound & outbound calls
2. Downloading of call recordings and uploading to FTP folder
3. Submitting documentation with recordings to team members via email
4. Access database, locate customer & attach notes to documentation ensuring accuracy.
We need to review approximately 200 calls per day to Quality Assure, the average call length is 5 minutes. This is approximately 30 hours of work per day, this project will require 3 QA agents & 1 project manager.
