Job Description

We are now looking for bright and outgoing IT Service Desk staff to join our virtual Support Team.

By the end of next month we will need a few dozen individuals who are available some 40 to 60 hours per week. The reason for starting the selection procedure early is to give you time to learn and understand our program.

You must have a solid, uninterrupted internet connection and desktop, at home or any other quiet environment with a good internet connection. You will be using a desktop application to give the support.

- Experience of working in a helpdesk environment
- Basic IT knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
