Job Description

My business provides corporate training services to enterprise companies, primarily in technical industries. Its offerings include in person workshops, E-learnings, and 3 books. Currently, about 80% of my revenue comes from 5 clients. Adding clients will help us achieve revenue potential, while mitigating against the risk of losing an existing client. To broaden our customer base, we need to create and execute a Go-to-Market strategy.

My initial thoughts of what I would like and need are:

Overall: Current state assessment of web presence & online improvement plan
• Market analysis
• Go-to-Market strategies
• Execution roadmap (January – April)
• Weekly progress report / touch base meeting with me.
