We are marketing SaaS startup looking for someone experienced who can choose right customer support managment service and setup it for our SaaS like Zendesk, FreshDesk, Desk, etc.
- this should work with our single support email adress
- this shoul be very easy to use for support manager
- all requests should assotioate automaticly with one of existing account from our system
- auto-responders for requests with ticket number, etc.
- integrated with Olark chat(if possible)
