I’m looking for a personal assistant who is based in Hong Kong. The right candidate will be a proficient multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for doing a variety of daily activities to assist us with our business and personal affairs.
The right candidate must possess the following qualifications; superior computer skills, internet proficiency, good phone skills, and proficiency in MS Office programs including Excel and MS Outlook. Other skills needed include, but are not limited to the following: data entry, spreadsheets, proof reading, emailing, client correspondence, editing, running errands, arranging appointments, travel scheduling, some bookkeeping, mailing services, and event planning.
The right candidate will be able to read, speak, and write proficiently in English and Cantonese. They must type at 70+ wpm and a college degree is preferred. Expected work hours will range from 20-30 hours a week.
