Job Description

We run a day nursery I have attempted to develop a VBA script for my staff to enter information about children in the nursery. The script should allow my staff to enter the information into a Userbox, and run various macros which produce PDFs created from Pivot Tables. However, since I am not a programmer, it is taking me far too long, and is inefficient.

Therefore, I require someone proficient in VBA to either fix my script, rewrite it from scratch in VBA, or rewrite it in another language such that it is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8, both 32-bit and 64-bit, and ideally then convert it into Google Apps Script. It must also be compatible with users regardless if their locale settings are set to dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy.

This job can be divided into three stages:

Stage 1) Working version, so that data can be input, and reports produced.
Stage 2) Adding more features, such as historic information (e.g. we are recording which Room the child is in; currently there is no ability to change the room, whilst maintaining historic information. So if we need to see where the child was last year, we do not have this option available.
Stage 3) Adding/changing features on request over an extended period of time.
