I am looking for an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the GMT Time Zone to help me manage my daily schedule, including: Managing Spreadsheets, managing direct reports, monitoring calls mad by call center agents. Other tasks include project management, Dealing with data management teams
The company is in the Lead Generation and Marketing company so familiarity with this industry is preferred.
You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (native speaker preferred, but not required). You must also be familiar with the following software: Microsoft Office, Specifically Excel Google and Skype.
In your cover letter, please reply back with your experience with the Marketing tasks and PA Experience. Please provide one example of of work done with assisting in a company dealing with data management and monitoring of work.
